I’m deeply heartbroken by Jed’s sudden passing. Jed wasn’t just a client-he was a true friend. He was incredible at what he did in business, but he was even better at being a genuinely good person. Over the four years I knew him, these last couple of years stand out as something truly special. That’s when our connection shifted from work to real friendship.
We started exchanging texts and calls that had nothing to do with business—just two people talking about life, checking in, sharing thoughts, hanging out and a lot of laughter. We grabbed dinners, went to Pacers games, caught Hawks games, and those nights became something I always looked forward to. It wasn’t just the events themselves; it was the time with him. Jed had a way of making even a simple night out feel meaningful and fulfilling.
I’ll miss the plans we already had on the calendar more than I can put into words. It’s hard knowing those moments won’t happen now. But I’m grateful for the memories we did get to make. Those are the ones I’ll hold onto and cherish for the rest of my life.
Jed was a great person. Losing him leaves a space that won’t be filled, but the impact he ha on me and so many other will last forever.
Prayers and thoughts go out to all his family, friends, relatives, and colleagues.
Best wishes,
Chad
